In that two years she has experienced a lot, growing from lacking confidence in herself for the situations she's been thrust into (haha....) to being willing to offer help to others who had to deal with their own collar's tightening. Because Amatomnes is a sex game, Haruhi had to learn to cope with sexual situations and relationships that came with it. While Haruhi was also welcoming of others from different backgrounds she was put to the test a bit about her own personal views of her own sexuality and her own relationships.
Haruhi was in a steady relationship with another captive, Ryuunosuke Ibuki, for well upwards of a year, having been on the island a year already. He was the first person she openly offered to help with his collar, usually opting to have others help her, and their relationship grew from collar partners into something more intimate. There were times where this was complicated by the curses that would bring them to other people (Chloe and Heisuke in Haruhi's case) but she tried her best to cope with such things as it was generally unavoidable on Atia.
